2023 Season Begins!

The Mackerels Midweek season kicked off last night against Sticky Wicket CC on a very cold April evening. Both sides battled it out until the last over, when Sticky crossed the Mackerels total (ending on Nelson) with 5 wickets to spare to win the opening match of the competition.

Captains Will T and Division 1 Cougar compadre Izak B shook hands and both teams shared beverages before departing for their respective pubs.

The Mackerels will now head to UVIC on Monday for the first crack at the Flicx Pitch!
